Held in the beautiful Akasha Temple in Hout Bay, this unique workshop is an experiential exploration of connectivity - the internal and external, the gross and the subtle, the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual aspects of self.
We will journey through breath, lymphatics, fascia, endocrine and the super highways of your nervous systems and meridians to shift your inner awareness, your inner experience and your perceptions.
You will gather insights and tools from the wisdom of Yin Yoga, Kinesiology, lymphatics, and Lyno to enhance your self knowledge, self care and self support practices. Holistically whole.
Join Bianca and Carla for an afternoon of relaxed discussion about these therapeutic practices and how we can use them to shift and empower our daily lives.
We will chat, learn, play and move and ease into a Yin Yoga practice.
There will be tea, nibbles and a handout with all the information shared.

Meet your guides:
Bianca Templeton:
Bianca’s passion for dynamic, joyful movement began in childhood. She delighted in exploring the world upside down from tree branches, spinning cartwheels until she grew dizzy, balancing on anything she could find. After experiencing chronic pain and mobility limitations in her late thirties, she sought answers and solutions through all the conventional methods, but it was only when she discovered Lyno that the breakthrough happened and the pain diminished. The profound fascia release illuminates the body’s intricate system of connective tissue. She was inspired to help others achieve relief. She layered her this with a deep understanding of lymphatics. This multifaceted approach is a whole self approach.
Carla Collins:
Carla is a long time student and teacher of Yoga. It has been a deep love affair over decades and while she loves movement, it was really through the learnings of Yin Yoga and Trauma trainings that her world changed. Stillness can be a profound teacher and so much of life is unseen. Carla is passionate about the interconnections of life, the subtleties that bind, the innate wisdom of the body, our own capacity to heal. It was this that drew here to Specialised Kinesiology as a therapeutic practice. We hold the key to our own well-being.
